You do your inventory every year.
You review your quarterly reports.
You probably look at P&Ls monthly.
When is the last time you ranked your own marketing IQ?
I mean your making decisions that will impact your future for years and generations to come.
You might be a Red Seal mechanic or carpenter. Maybe a Michelin Star chef.
Does that mean you can run a business?
On a scale of 1 to 10, where do you rank yourself?
If you’re a 6 or below it definitely makes sense to hire an expert.
If you’re a 7 or 8 it still probably makes sense to hire a coach or advisor.
